Stichting Kabelnet Veendam has been active since 1988. The purpose of this independent foundation is to operate a cable network in the municipality of Veendam with more than 11,000 connections. The (fiber) network has also been made suitable for two-way internet traffic. This service is provided by the internet provider Netvisit.
The aim is to offer the residents of Veendam the widest possible range of channels at the lowest possible rate. Our wide range of radio and TV channels in both analog and digital quality, the low rates and the service to subscribers are the strengths of SKV. The office staff handle subscriber administration, among other things, and are usually the first point of contact for subscribers. The personal approach plays an important role in this.
By making use of the technical capabilities of our fiber network, optimizing the service to subscribers and being open to new developments, SKV sets itself apart as a modern company with vision in the municipality of Veendam.
